Yesterday afternoon I joined together some preprinted dquares that were on my desk and thought they would make a good table runner. The quilting pattern is preprinted so I have been free motion sewing along the lines, well mostly along the lines..😆
It isn't what I should be doing but I have enjoyed having a play.
I had to stop part way through as son # 2 and his girlfriend arrived for a visit. Is good to spend some time with them both.
Happy sewing.

ReplyDeleteLooks great Susan....I want to learn free motion!
ReplyDeleteLove the scrappy quilt! I'm always worried mine would look like a dog's breakfast, because I have so many odd and unmatching bits, but yours just looks cool. And I love the other two blocks; the quilting is amazing, you clever woman!
ReplyDeleteSometimes we just have to stop and do play, don't we? We need those days!
ReplyDeleteThe pre-printed blocks look like a fun way to practise your fmq - well done! And your scrappy looks great too :-)
